Great Workshop for Runners

Attention runners – you may want to take advantage of a Sunday, April 7 workshop “Train Your Mind, Stretch Your Body”. 

It is described as “an hour of mental skills training followed by an hour of stretch class to improve your running and racing lifestyle, your body, and your mind.” There are only 25 spots available.
