WAHS Track Teams Potluck Dinner and Presentation

Dr. Richard Ferguson will be joining the WAHS Track teams for a talk on improving performance through mental strategies that refine skills and help to overcome obstacles. Dr. Ferguson is well known in the local running community and is a 2-time Olympic Trials Qualifier.
