Great job to everyone who competed Friday evening at Fork Union’s Estes Center! A big thanks goes out to all of the parents who attended such a lengthy meet or had pick-up duty when the team got back to school after 1:00 AM. We appreciate your support. Friday’s meet had far more teams than expected for an after-school meet. Most meets of that size and duration will be all-day meets on Saturday, starting in the morning. Weekday meets rarely go so late. Thanks for hanging in there!
Many athletes made their season debut and performed well, thanks to the hard work they have put in so far. We’re very pleased with the way in which everyone competed.
